We have a downstairs double room available as our flat mate is moving out. It is available from the 1st December and is £845pcm without bills. Room comes furnished with 1x double bed, 1x bedside table, 1x wardrobe for clothing and another chest of drawers for extra storage. Plenty of room for a desk and other furniture.

The house:
It’s a large 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms - the downstairs bathroom would be shared between you & Josh who also lives downstairs.
We have a large back garden space and spacious living room with 2 sofas and tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer (and ice machine!), washing machine, dishwasher etc. We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks. Tooting Bec station is a 2 minute walk up the high street for the northern line.

About us:
We are 4 young professionals, 2 boys and 2 girls.
We’re a mix of in the office and wfh so looking for someone who works similar. We are a sociable house but also respect each other’s privacy and have our own lives.
