I'm going to be moving out after 3 years of living here at the end of my contract and we're looking for someone to replace me. Room available from the 6th December.

It's a really good sized room within a gated grounds which feels nicely set back so there is minimal noise from outside traffic.
Also if you have a car there is a parking space just in front of the house.

There is a kitchen/ dinning area and then there is a lounge which is good to set up for WFH if you need.

We also have a garden which gets good sunlight into the evening during the summer.

There is a bathroom that you will be sharing with one only as the others have ensuites.

You'll be living with 3 others its a relatively quiet house and everyone is friendly.
