Medium/small Double, furnished, in a nice 3 bed flat, with a separate room for you to work in if you would like to work from home (dining room or lounge - we have both!)
Flatmates are both professionals that enjoy chilling, exercise, food and the pub. We like and respect our own space as much as we like chatting and hanging out with eachother. It's a very easy vibe. We work from home and in the office some of the time. Thankfully the broadband is great! You're welcome to say hi and come and meet us to find out more, we'll make time for you.
Flat has an airy bright large lounge, separate dining room with oak dining table (we hold dinner parties from time to time as it easily seats 6-8), garden (great for BBQS ) that has two small beds for plants, bright kitchen and a shared bathroom with a big bath tub and rainfall shower.
We are on the second floor with our own entrance. Lovely neighbours downstairs with a ring doorbell and who always take in parcels if we aren't in.
The flat is situated just eight minutes walk from both Tooting Bec Station and Tooting Bec Common (lovely large green space). It's also under 15 minutes to Tooting market- a fabulous hub for all cuisines and drinks.
Included in the room is a double bed, a double wardrop and chest of drawers. Bills come between £110 and £120 a month depending on gas and electricity usage. We are hoping to bring it down with a new supplier. That includes internet, water, gas, electricity and council tax.
It's a lovely residential street with a group WhatsApp. Some neighbours get together to do gardening on the roundabout and green areas at the end of the road to make it a nice and pleasant place to live/ community.
It's a safe street where neighbours look out for each other and I feel safe to walk back to after dark.
