Lovely room perfectly located in Tooting Bec

Hiya!

The flat is a converted house, less than a 2 minute walk from Tooting Bec Station (Northern Line). The living room is communal and is furnished by the landlord.

There is a Sainsbury's supermarket a few feet away from the apartment and a gym close by.
Tooting Bec common / lido is located 5-10 minutes walk away Sooo nice in the summer :)

A little about us:

Chloë is from Ireland and currently works in Swimwear Design and Production! Loves an evening walk and weekend matcha :)

Natalie is from Oz and currently works in Recruirment! Loves to keep active in the gym and a city break away :)

We would like to find a housemates that would like to do things as a house as well as having our own social lives . Hopefully we will become friends & make it homely.

Week nights are pretty chill, either watch tv in the communal sitting room together or also happy having some our own space! Weekends are packed full of time out with friends or super chill :)

* we are currently having some handy work done in the flat, giving her a little facelift for the spring summer months!

A couple of extras, the Deposit is approx. £750 and to be paid before moving in
Rent: £650
Bills come to approx. £100.

The landlord also requires two references one from your place of work and one from a previous landlord a credit check is also required.
Our landlord is very nice and sorts out any issues/problems quickly.
