Hey! We have a lovely double room available in a three bed flat. It’s a 10 minute walk from Tooting Bec station and is on a super safe residential road.

The ground floor flat has just been fully renovated so everything is brand new and gorgeous. We are obsessed. The flat is unfurnished (but we do each get a bed & mattress included) so we’re happy to do a bit of Facebook marketplace hunting.

It has a small garden out the back and parking permits available. 🪴 🚗

The room is £1033 pcm without bills but Wandsworth Council tax is super cheap (for London!) We expect bills to be between £100 and £200.

We are two 23 year old girls who both work full time in Marketing/PR (classic). We love going out for dinner/brunch/matcha/yoga but also enjoy a night in watching MAFS and Normal People 😉

We’d love someone who is clean & tidy and we are looking for a friend rather than just a flatmate. We’d love to do stuff as a flat, but we’re equally happy to have time to ourselves 🥰
