Hey! We're Nisha, Kiana, and Tash - three friends who met on SpareRoom and are now living our best lives in an amazing house-share. We're looking for another awesome girl to join our little family!

What's on offer?
🌞 Your own sanctuary: A double bedroom plus a dedicated home office space right next door to the bedroom (perfect for WFH!) or you could use it as a walk-in wardrobe if you don't need a desk. Plus the landlord (who is a dream!) is buying us all new mattresses too!
🌞 Amazing housemates: We're a fun-loving, supportive bunch who enjoy movie nights, cooking together, and the occasional glass of wine (or three!). We're all about creating a happy and harmonious home.
🌞 Dream location: The house is situated in a lovely residential area in Tooting Bec. Less than 5 mins to the closest busstop and 10 mins walk from Tooting Bec tube. Cute cafes and wine bars nearby and only a 13 min walk to the high street! (What more could you want!) The house is also right next to tooting common so is ideal for sunny walks or picnics in the summer.

The house spans over 3 floors with X2 shared bathrooms and another separate toilet on the ground floor. Good size kitchen with a breakfast bar which backs onto a garden plus a garage! X4 bedrooms in total along with a lounge and lots of extra storage space.

The room is listed for £825 with bills not included. Bills ontop are estimated to be around £110 per month. Deposit is 6 weeks rent totalling £1238.
