Double room £790 Tooting Bec

Current housemates:
You'll be sharing with 2 girls and 1 guy; Rian works in consultancy, Chloe is a primary school teacher, and Tom is a web designer. Everyone gets on well and we're a social house when we're all around. We have a mix of doing things together as a house and out with our friends. We do the usual things like going out with friends for drinks/dinners, exploring London on the weekends, and going to gym classes or runs throughout the week. We're all pretty easy going and would like someone new to be too! Current housemate is only moving out to live with her boyfriend.

The house/room:
Big double bedroom on the ground floor, rent £790. On a quiet residential road so noise is never an issue. What's included in the room: bed, big wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, 2 smaller cupboard/drawers. Bills (including fortnightly cleaner) comes to around £95-100 each. You'll be sharing 1 bathroom with two others but you'll also have a sink in your room! Garden can be used for gardening in the summer time. There is parking available on the street but will need a permit for that and doesn't ever get too busy. It's on a quiet residential street that is safe and not too far from the station. Also just a 5 minute walk from Tooting Common!

Admin bits:
Contract start date 18th December 2024. Rent is paid monthly at £790, with a deposit being paid of £790 when signing the contract. No agency to deal with, direct communication with landlord who is good with maintaining the house. We would like to arrange viewings ASAP so please let us know your availability.
