Double room in sociable house

We’re looking for an extra housemate to join the three of us, Ally, Alex and Ashley, from 1st January.

We are all working professionals and have a good time together in the house. To keep the balance our preference is for a female housemate to join us.

It’s a really generous sized double room on the middle floor of the house fully furnished. You would be sharing a bathroom with Ally whose room is on the same floor.

On the ground floor is a spacious open plan living room and separate kitchen/dining room at the back of the house with sliding glazed doors leading into a good sized garden and a bbq. There is also a downstairs toilet for communal use.

The house comes furnished, bedrooms having a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The kitchen has a dining table with chairs, oven, fridge/freezer, washer, dryer and dishwasher.

The bedroom doesn’t come with a desk but there’s plenty of space to put one if you need to work from home. We have a mix of working from home and the office, but as the house has four stories we don’t feel too on top of each other.

There’s parking outside for a fee via Wandsworth Council.

The Landlady has always been fantastic. She is local and addresses any issues directly and promptly.

Ideally we are looking for an outgoing, like minded professional, who is up for a laugh. We are looking for people who are sociable and happy to spend time together in the lounge, watching Netflix, playing board games or having a bbq in the garden but also someone that is equally respectful of each others’ things and space.

· Rent: £850 PCM

· Deposit: £857.50

· Bills: approx. £110.00 PCM including all utilities, council tax and Community Fibre Broadband

· References required with an admin fee of £50

· Move in date from 1 January
