Double Bedroom in beautiful house in Tooting Bec

We are looking for someone to move into a spare 1-double bedroom and share our beautiful 3-bedroom semi-detached house in Tooting Bec.

The double bedroom is on the first floor in a cosy and well cared for Edwardian home, situated just over 5-minutes walk from Tooting Bec Station and 10-minutes from Balham Station. The room is light and airy, overlooking the garden and has extensive storage with built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. The shared kitchen is adjacent to our large shared living room and private garden. We would love someone who is respectful, creative and tidy to join us. You will be sharing with 2 female young professionals who are friendly, passionate, into fitness as well as going out. We love cooking together, activities but also nights in watching films. We are in the office approximately 2-3 days a week, but also work from home.

The house is situated on a lovely residential street only a 10-minute walk from Wandsworth Common and Balham. Although it is located in a quiet street, the buzz and amenities of the local area are immediately available. There are bars, pubs and restaurants right on our doorstep and Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s and pharmacies are all within 10 minutes walking distance.
