Looking for someone to take my double room in Tooting Bec as I'll be moving in with my partner. I'm aiming for an early Feb move-out date but can be flexible if needed.
Details below:
- £1150 excluding bills. Council Tax Band E
- Large double room including ensuite. Room size 5.2m x 5.8m with plenty of space for furniture and storage. It is also a loft room so there's plenty of privacy.
- Room is furnished with double bed, set of draws, cupboard and wall mirror. Happy to leave desk and chair if needed.
- Victorian house with large living area and backyard - ideal for hosting or relaxing in the summer
- 5 mins walk from Tooting Bec Station
You’ll be living with Carly (30F, health), Maddie (30F, health) and Megh (29M, consulting), who have been my housemates since 2022. They’re super chill, enjoy watching movies/TV, exploring London, and going out. As a household, we hang out every now and then but also respect each other’s space.
The current lease runs until the end of September 2025 with an opportunity to renew the lease thereafter. This shouldn't be an issue as the landlord is keen to have longer term tenants - the last tenants were in the house for 10 years.
