Location: The location couldn't be better! it's less than a 5 minute walk to/from Tooting Bec station (Northern Line), a 15 minute walk to Wandsworth common and Tooting Common, and a 12 minute walk to Aldi in Balham or Lidl in Tooting.

Room: The room is a really spacious/ large double room which over looks the back of the house/ garden. Included are the bed frame and mattress and wardrobe only but there's plenty of space for a chest of drawers, office table etc. and you can really make it your own. Theres also lot's of storage space under the bed- I managed to fit 3 large suitcases and shoes.

Housemates: You'll be living with 3 Irish ladies who are unbelievably sound; Rachel is a science teacher, Eimear works in sustainability and Laura works in radio advertising.
It's a very chilled house- happy to collectively hang out together in the living room or chill in bedrooms if the social battery is low. Ultimately they'd love someone as easy going and friendly as themselves.

Bills: Each of us take responsibility for a bill each and we transfer to one another each month- you'll be taking over the water bill (£60 in total). Altogether with this, council tax, wifi, gas & electricity, the bills are roughly £80-85ish per month.
