Hey! We have a lovely double bedroom available in our 4 bed end of terrace house in Tooting Bec ☺️

Rent is £825 for both rooms combined and bills are estimated around £110 a month on top. Deposit is £1238.

We have not long moved into this new place but all previously lived together! Just wanted a little bit more space which we have found in this beautiful place! We are looking for another girl of a similar age to come join us, share the odd glass of wine in-front of the TV, join in for the post work debrief and become part of our little family.

You will be living with myself (Nurse - 29) Tash (HR - 28) and Nisha (Marketing - 30). We are all very sociable, enjoy hosting the odd gathering, going out for food and hanging out together but equally respectful of each other’s space.

The room itself is a good size double, we are advertising it with the office next door so you will get two rooms! You could potentially use it as an office or maybe a walk in wardrobe!

The house has 2 bathrooms and an extra downstairs toilet, a shared living room, a spacious garden and a garage. The house has plenty of storage options and feels like our little home not a house share.

We are situated a 10 minute walk from Tooting Bec tube, there is also a bus stop close to the house which takes you straight there on those rainy days when you don’t want to walk! There’s a convenience store 5 minute walk away or a Sainsbury’s local close to the tube. Balham and Streatham have large supermarkets, both very short bus journey’s away.

We are very clean and respectful people and are looking for someone who is also respectful of the house and will help to keep it clean and a lovley place to live.
