We’re looking for someone to sublet the flat whilst we go travelling for 3 months. We love living in the flat so much that we don’t want to have to end our tenancy early. Our landlord has agreed to the sublet so it’s all above board!

Five minute walk from Tooting Bec Underground (Northern line) and a short walk to a host of amazing shops, cafes and restaurants in both Balham and Tooting Broadway. Plus Tooting Bec Common right round the corner and Tooting Lido 10 mins away.

Handy sofa bed in living room. Gas BBQ in garden. Feels very safe and quiet as a ground floor flat as it’s surrounded by many other gardens and at the quiet end of the road away from the noise.

We’re happy to leave as much or as little of our furniture here depending on your needs.

Bills approx £250 for the flat per month including council tax. Council tax band C. Wandsworth has the lowest council tax in London which is great.
