Stunning Room in 4-bed Tooting Bec House

Looking for a girl to join our lovely, friendly house in Tooting Bec!

The house is a 4 bed with a study, large kitchen, living room, and a cute garden. It is perfectly located in Tooting Bec, just a 5-minute walk to the tube and a 2-minute walk to the common.

You’ll be living with 3 other girls between the ages of 26-28. We have all met via Spareroom, get on really well and hang out when we can. Everyone in the house is quite busy and has their own lives, but when we're in, we enjoy cooking and having a chat in the kitchen, watching trash TV in the evenings, and the occasional pub trip. Everybody is very clean and respectful, and it's genuinely a lovely place to call home.

One of our housemates is going travelling, so we have a room up for grabs. Details below:

Description: It is a large room at the top of the house with the whole floor to itself. This room shares the top bathroom, which has a walk in shower and bathtub, with one other person.
Rent: £1045 per month
Bills: Approx £90 per month
Council Tax: £24 per month (Wandsworth is the cheapest in London!)
Furnishings: It comes fully furnished with a double bed, multiple wardrobes and large chest of drawers. There’s also eves in the room so plenty of storage.
Move in date: 16th of Feb
Tenancy: We actually have the rent locked in for 3 years which is amazing and of course you don't need to commit to that but can leave anytime as long as you find a replacement person.

We are looking for a girl between the ages of 24 and 29 to move in on the 16th of February. The landlord has also set a minimum salary of £30k for the room.
