Social housemate wanted in South West

We are a six person share house looking for a friendly sociable lad to move in to balance the house.

Meet the house:

We are all working professionals between the ages of 27-28 years old. (Adam, H, Georgia, Steff and Nicole, 29) We enjoy socialising in the evenings watching tv, binging series on hangover Sundays. We're easy going, like to keep the house clean but homely. We're looking for someone down-to-earth, friendly and someone who wants to be involved in the house and not hidden in their room. We’re all quite respectful in the week but like to party on the weekend.

The house:

The house itself is a 3 storey 6 bed house with a spacious living room / open plan kitchen. The room is a small double room with wardrobe and bedside table. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. We have a reasonably sized garden with love island esk runway lights accompanied by our very own btec fire pit and make shift outdoor sofas.

The house is close to local amenities and around a 10 minute walk to Tooting Bec station (approx. 15 minute walk to Tooting Broadway). We are also very close to Tooting common and the rose and crown pub.

The boring stuff:

The room costs £645 pcm and there is a £688 deposit paid to the previous tenant. Bills average out at around £80-£100 a month.
