The room is a spacious double bedroom with built-in storage, a desk (so room to wfh), a huge chest of drawers, and two windows for lots of natural light!

- £875 a month not including bills which come to around £80 a month
- 5 min walk from Tooting Bec Station and a 2 min walk from the common
- The flat has a separate living room with TV, a study, 2 baths/showers, and a cosy kitchen
- Happy to discuss dates and can be flexible with these
- Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, and friendly!

Steph - 28, a nurse and from Australia! She's super chill, kind, friendly and likes hiking, running, finding good brunch spots, and a pint at the pub.
Sam - 31, a graphic designer from Cambridge. He's kind, caring, friendly, and very clean! He enjoys all things creative, going for dinners and pub drinks with friends, and exploring new places.

This flat has a lovely cosy feel, during most of the week nights we get home from work chat and chill, then during the weekends we may go to the pub together but mostly we are hanging out with our friends and relaxing. We are looking for someone who will fit in with this energy, if you're new to London it's a great way to make friends as we now all hang out together a lot!
