Double Room in mixed house

Sadly 1 of our housemates are moving out in April to live her mate in Balham.

We therefore have one spacious room available in a house, with your own bathroom, 5 minutes walk from Tooting Bec Station.

A bit about us, the current flatmates are Phoebe, Simon and paddy. We all work in consultancy/events, on a 9-5 schedule with a mixture of working from home and the office. We are all into sports like cycling, bingeing Netflix series, pub nights and the occasional (or regular) roast dinner/wine night (Pheobe is ruthless at monopoly). We are hoping one likeminded individual can join us on the 3rd of April.

A bit about the house, our contract will run until September 2025, however we have confirmation that the landlord is open to extending the contract, subject to a review of the rental rate. Upon request of the landlord, a cleaner attends the house twice a month at a cost of max £90 a month split between tenants, with overall bills coming to around £100pppm.

We are looking at doing viewings asap and finding out more about you. We look forward to seeing you then!
