My housemate is sadly moving out of our tooting bec flat (to move in with her boyfriend) and I am looking for someone to move into the double room! The room is available from 23rd Feb but can be flexible with the move in date.
The flat is nice and cosy and is based off the high street and is super close to everything you could need including a 3 minute walk to the tube station and a 30 second walk to the kings head pub!
A bit about me, I’m 32 from NZ and have made London my home over the last 5 years. I love a night in watching the newest reality show but equally love a night out drinking rose and Prosecco!
I’m looking for someone who is tidy and respectful and wants to make this house a home! I respect doing your own thing but also would love a movie night in or having some drinks together 😊
The bills are divided equally coming to around £110-120 a month.
