Double Room to rent Tooting

Hey there! We're looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 3-bed first-floor flat in Tooting Bec.

We’re a couple and one guy, all working corporate jobs in London (a couple of us work from home). We’ve been living together for a while now and are super friendly and easy-going. We're hoping to find someone who’s a good fit, sociable, and enjoys a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at home.

The Details:

We move in on March 1st, so viewings will be available from March 2nd onwards. Ideally, we're hoping to find someone who can move in before April 28th, but we’re flexible!

The tenancy is for two years, and would be looking for someone to join for the full tenancy.

The room is a double in a 3-bed flat. It's on the top floor (with one other room), so it’s nice and quiet. There are two bathrooms – one with a bath, one with a shower. The kitchen/living area is spacious and open-plan, perfect for hanging out.

Cost:

The room is £875 pcm, with bills on top (usually about £130 split between the three of us, so it'll be slightly less with four).

Location:

Our flat is on a peaceful residential road in Tooting Bec, just a 15-minute walk from Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway stations. Tooting Bec Common is also super close, great for runs, walks, and of course, perfect in summer!

A Little About Us: You’d be living with two guys (25) and one girl (23). We've all lived together before in a previous flat for 1.5 years and decided to move into a bigger place to get more social space and bigger rooms. We're clean, sociable, and love to balance a chilled night in with a fun pub trip or a good walk around London. We enjoy having friends over for tea or a chat, and we’re all about creating a friendly, welcoming home.

What We’re Looking For: We’re hoping to find a young professional around the same age, who’s friendly, social, and open to building a bit of a friendship as well as just being a housemate (sorry, we know it’s a bit cliché, but it’s true!).
