We're looking for 1 guy (professional) aged 28-32 to join Kilian (30) and Will (32) in our lovely 3 bedroom terraced house, in Tooting Bec. Ideally we would like someone to stay a minimum of 6 months.
About the room and house:
2 minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station
Large double bedroom on 1st floor with plenty of light
Wardrobe included and some other furniture available for a good price if required (bed, chest of drawers)
Good sized gardens, great for BBQs. Space for bike storage
Spare room with a desk for home working, storage, clothes drying etc.
Rent is £838 per month plus c.£120 for bills (includes energy, water, council tax, TV licence).
Deposit is £900
About us and who we're looking for...
Kilian and myself are both quite active, belonging to running and golf clubs respectively. We tend to be quite busy with work in the week (mostly working in the office), and relaxing around the house at the weekend.
