Light spacious room minutes from Tooting Bec

I’ll be leaving my room shortly and I’m looking for a replacement to share the flat with two females aged 25 and 31. The room is bright and spacious with lots of storage and plenty of space for a desk. The house has 3 bedrooms a living room and spacious kitchen / dining room as well as a garden. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. It’s located on a quiet road 3 minutes from Tooting Bec station. Move in date can be flexible and there is a long term contract with the option to exit should you find a replacement. The two housemates are Taz and Sophia are aged 25 and 31. They’ve been lovely to live with, are clean and tidy, sociable and love to cook, gym, have movie nights and to visit lots of the great local restaurants and bars.
