The room is the largest in the house and you’ll share a bathroom with the girls. The room comes with bedside table and closet with built in shelves as pictured!
It’s about a 7 min walk to Tooting Bec tube station, 15 min to Wandsworth overground and lots of bus stops around as well!
Rent is £1000 pm (not including bills)
Bills come to about £70pm
Deposit is £1000
Must pass referencing checks!
Move in is 8th of April (can be earlier if need)
