Room to rent in Tooting Bec

The flat is bright and spacious and in a great location - less than 10 min walk to Tooting Bec station and right by Tooting Common which is lovely for walks and picnics. Very safe area and lots of shops close by. The balcony is gorgeous on summer evenings.
We moved in nearly two years ago when we found each other on spare room and have since become good friends. Our housemate is moving out, so we're looking for someone to replace her!
We are very relaxed and have a calm household - we love to spend time together and go to pub quizzes/on nights out or stay in to chill and watch films together. We have a good balance of doing our own thing and socialising with each other. We'd love to find someone like minded who will fit in well :)
Bills come to around £85 each a month.
