Double En-suite Room Available in a 2- bed flat

I am the current tenant of the flat. It is located right by Tooting Common (1 min walk to the park) and 10 mins walk to Tooting Bec station. It is 2 bed flat with two double en-suite rooms. One of the double bedrooms is available. I am flexible with the move in date. The contract is sorted through a private landlord. The landlord is great with fixing anything that needs a fix and is great whenever you need anything which is always a plus when living in London. The landlord will ideally want someone for at least one year but a short term is possible if you can replace yourself. If you want to come and see the flat, we can organise the viewing with the landlord.
