Lovely Double Room available in girls’ house ✨

Hi,

Our lovely flatmate, Amy, is sadly moving back home so we are looking for a new flatmate to join us! ✨

The room is a small double with lots of built-in hanging space and a large chest of drawers. The room could fit a fold-out desk & chair for working from home if needed so could be suitable for 1-2 days WFH but would best suit someone who doesn’t WFH much! ☺️

There’s one bathroom, a living room, kitchen, as well as a trap door down to our garden. It’s a newly renovated flat and we like to keep things neat, tidy and girly - and would want someone who is respectful of this and happy to make it their home too. 🏡

We’re a sociable household who all met on spare room originally. We all have our own things going on but make time for socialising together too. We don't have houseparties as there is a young family living below us so we like to be respectful of them! 🥰

Lara - 25, works in Property
Clodagh - 26, works in HR
Ciara - 28, works in Tech

We all head into the office a few days a week and work from our bedrooms the rest of the week.

Bills are approx £75 per month which don’t often change.

The room will be available from 6th January 2026.
