Hey, I’m moving out of my house share in May and looking for someone to fill it. It’s a double room located between Tooting Bec and Tooting common. It’s 5min walk from the tube. Lovely house, we’ve all lived here 2+ years and I’m only moving out because I’m moving in with my partner :(

The house is big and you’ll be living with three girls (mid/late 20s - early 30s) who are Irish and English. The girls are a physio student, nurse and the other works in finance so it’s a good mix. They like socialising and also having chill nights in watching movies or tv.

The house has a big sun facing garden, sitting room, spare room, kitchen, three other bedrooms, two toilets and a conservatory.

Rent is cheap at £713.50/month and bills are £75/month. Council tax (incl in bills cost) is cheapest being it’s Wandsworth 💕💕

Having viewings next week with move in date ideally between 19th May - 1st June. The landlord is east going so just need deposit and first months rent.
