A double room is available in Tooting for the month of June
You would be living with me (Grace, 28) and Oonagh (27). We are both from Ireland and working in tech. We both moved here last year and love exploring London!
The room:
Double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
The house:
A 3 bed 1 bath. We have a spacious living room where we usually hang out in the evenings, a large kitchen with dishwasher, and a dining room/study behind the kitchen. There is a back garden with lots of plants and built in BBQ which we make a lot of use of.
Location:
The house is located on Derinton Road in Tooting Bec, and is a 5 minute walk from Tooting Common so great for park runs and evening tinnies. Tooting market is also a 10 minute walk away which is a regular spot for us at the weekend.
We are a 15 minute walk from both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway tube stations (Northern line, so handy for the night tube!)
There are also buses ~8 mins walk away by the common
Rent is £884 + bills which are approx £ 90 for the month
