Amazing location - Tesco & Sainsbury's nearby ( about 6 min walk). Great pubs, Tooting market, loads of commons/parks for picnics / running, if you partake.

You’ll be living with 5 brilliant housemates (25-30), who all get on really well and are keen to find someone who is a good fit to keep the vibe. There is plenty of space in the house so never really feels like we’re on top of each other, but will get together for pub outings, TV/film nights, etc..

Deposit : ~£1000 (need to check)
Total Rent : £975pcm - this includes all bills and contribution to the house kitty that covers things like cleaning supplies, toilet roll, and the shocking amount of sauces we get through

Room comes with the wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished.
Tenancy is currently until 12th July, but planning to sign on for another 12 months after this. There is potential there might be a rent increase when this happens but it wasn't bad last year!
