Short term lease in shared house

Spare room available in a shared house with three professionals, a 3-minute walk to Tooting Bec underground. This is a short-term lease until the end of March and looking for a move in dat mid October. The house is fully furnished and has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, spare room and spacious garden with shed. The room has a double bed, plenty of storage space and a bedside table.

We are looking for someone for a five-month lease. Our place is clean and tidy, and we are ideally looking for someone chilled/independent and respectful of each other’s space.

Price is £850 and bills come to around £50-£80 a month.
