Huge room in sociable 3 Bed, 3 Bath Townhouse!

After 2 and a half years in this great pad, I'll sadly be leaving for pastures new and am advertising my room to rent from 1st July.

The House Details:

- 3 Bed, 3 Bath, 3 storey house in Tooting Bec
- A much-desired privately gated complex with a security code at the front gates, lovely estate with garden features and a homely community
- Parking space available on the drive outside the property
- 5/10 min walk to Tooting Bec Station (Northern Line) and plenty of pubs and cafes
- converted conservatory for the ideal living space, along with an additional living room both on the same floor
- private garden and decking perfect for those summer days
- the rent is exc bills, however these are very cheap and include everything at about an additional £100-150 max per month
- we also have a fortnightly cleaner who is amazing and works out to an additional £11 each per fornight

The Room:

- An extremely large bedroom with tons of storage and more than amble space for a desk for anyone with wfh needs
- situated on the 2nd floor of the 3-story townhouse
- both other bedrooms are ensuites, so you will pretty much have exclusive use of the other bathroom to yourself

The existing housemates:

- Chris (35): works in the hospitality industry (General Manager of Sky Garden for whoever wants to jump on those housemates perks) avid Chelsea supporter and always keen for a beer and a chinwag
- Ant (38): also working in the hospitality industry as a General Manager at some of the coolest bars around London, always up for a beer and catching up over sports in the pad

Ant & Chris have been in the place for some years now and it truly feels like home. We want someone who has their own thing going on but also more important to feel like mates together in the pad rather than strangers, and keen to catch up for a pint when time allows.
Both lads work some devilish hours given the industry that they are in which means you'll have the house free for yourself plenty, but also important to catch up when together over the weekend.
