Double bedroom with balcony 2 mins from tube

Hi

We're Emily and Yvonne and looking for a someone to take a double room in our great split-level 3 bed flat as our third flatmate is buying her own place

Emily, 37, secondary teacher- quizzes, board games, TV

Yvonne, 30, works for a charity - loves pub quizzes, cooking, and cold water swimming

The room is a lovely bright double bedroom with own private balcony. The room comes with a bed and a wardrobe.

The flat has three bedrooms on two levels. The upstairs room has an ensuite (Emily) and this room shares a bathroom (bath with shower) with the other bedroom (Yvonne).

We have a very spacious kitchen/living room and we enjoy watching rubbish TV together in the evenings but are very happy to share with someone who likes to keep to themselves also.

The flat is very close to tooting bec tube station and several nice cafes, a great pub and a choice of local supermarkets.

Bills come to about £100/month each.

We're looking for another professional in their 30s who will be a friendly presence, will clean up after themselves, and doesn't mind us occasionally bingeing old episodes of Gordon Ramsay shows.
