Double Room in Lovely House with Three Other Girls

We are looking for a fill a double room in a lovely 4 bed house in Tooting Bec.

The house is within a gated area with a residents only garden. We’re also have a private garden, a garage and a driveway. You’ll be taking a large double room, with a large window and sharing a bathroom with one other girl. The other two girls both have en-suites and we also have a downstairs toilet. See floor plan in images for the specs. The bedroom does not come furnished. The rest of the house comes furnished (furnished by current tenants).

Rent for this room is £994.75 per month. Bills are £124.75 per person per month, which also covers household items like cleaning products. We pay for a gardener about once every quarter. The deposit is £1110.58, which will be paid directly to the housemate you will be replacing.

Your tenancy would start 1st December, this will be the date you can move in from and date of first rent payment. We will be holding viewings on 10th and 11th November. The new tenant will be successful subject to checks, as specified by the landlord - the usually credit checks etc. You may be required to provide a guarantor.

Great location - 10 mins walk from Northern line. Balham train station & Wandsworth Common train station approx 15 mins walk.

Current tenants are Jodie (29), Zoe (30) and Charlotte (30). Our new housemate would be of a similar age, between 28-32.
