The flat is part furnished so you will have included the kitchen - washing machine - wardrobe.
We bought the table and chairs , the Bed , Shoes rack at the entrance, the Sofa and the white shelf in the living room. If you are interested in those We can agree on a price so that I can leave them at the flat , otherwise if you already have your stuff I'll take them away!!
The bill of the water is on the Landlord so you have to pay only the electricity and the council tax. The house is all electric, no gas.
The Area is calm, you can feel safe when you walk home and you have a GP literally 4 minute walking from the flat. You are only 15 min walking from the tube with a bus station just 5 minute from home.
