Large Double Room, ensuite and WFH office space

Hi,

I have a large double bedroom to rent out in our 3 bed flat - a five minute walk from Tooting Commons and similar to Tooting & Broadway markets.

I will be staying overnight in the flat intermittently for work 2/3 days during the week (going into the office) in separated bedroom & bathroom - otherwise the entire flat will be yours.

The flat is in a quiet area of tooting, newly refurbished to a high standard, you will have your own private shower room and access to a separate office space, large living / dining room and kitchen. The flat also comes with off street parking, full access to a private garden and all the amenities that Tooting has to offer.

The flat is fully furnished, with brand new appliances, use of all kitchenware etc. Council Tax, Wifi, Water and weekly professional cleaning bills included. Energy bills will be split 70/30 as I won't be in the flat for the vast majority of the time.

I'm looking for a responsible professional, who doesn’t party (too) hard - to make use of, look after and enjoy the flat while I’m not here. My wife and I have recently had twins, and have moved out of London for more space. I am an Architect and work in the city 2 / 3 days a week in person, so staying overnight for those days, rather than commuting.

The room / flat is available from 15th September - I’ll be holding viewings on the 9th / 10th / 11th September.
