It’s roughly 10 mins from Tooting Bec tube (northern line), bus stop 2 mins outside flat, 5 min walk to lido + athletics track and about 20 min walk to Tooting Broadway or Balham.

The flatmates:
You will be sharing with Will and Alice. All in their late twenties and are very easy going.

- Rent is £1250 a month
- Water / council tax / wifi is paid direct to the landlord £46.33 a month
- Electricity is paid separately, works out about £50 a month
- You would be taking over my contract which is until Jan 26, but option to extend
