My name is Simon and I have a double room available! Move in date anytime between now and the 29th August!
The flat has always been a sociable one, I’m a musician so my hours do vary but I am very respectful of others especially at night.
I enjoy walking, running, music, cooking, drinks and am always up for a chat & to hang out!
The flat is clean and a new bathroom has just been installed! My room is an en suite so you essentially will have the main bathroom all to yourself!
Bills come to approximately £100!
The flats location is great, right next to Tooting Bec common and 10 mins walk to the nearest amenities! The flat has permit parking and water is included in rent!
There is also a huge attic we can use for storage and the flat is mostly furnished! My old flatmate had a desk in the corner as he wfh a few days a week so there is some extra space too!
Looking for a quick move in so I will be holding viewing this weekend!
