I’m moving out of our lovely Tooting Bec flat and we’re looking for someone to take over my room.

It’s a big double at the back of the flat, so really quiet, with built-in wardrobe space. You’ll also get your own en-suite with a full bath (dream) and direct access to the garden, which is perfect for chilling in when it’s sunny.

The flat itself is a 3 bed, 3 bath with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room where we spend most of our time together. You’ll be living with Faye (31) and Kiera (29). They’re both friendly, social, and looking for someone similar to make the flat feel like home. Whilst we all have busy lives we def burley make it a priority to have some evenings in and some good nights out.

We’re also in a great spot — less than 5 minutes from Tooting Bec tube and Tooting Common, 2 minutes from a Sainsbury’s Local, plus super close to the Rose & Crown and Wheatsheaf pubs. Broadway Market and Balham High Street are both a short walk away too.

I’ll be moving into my new place at the end of September but would like a bit of a gap to move out. Happy to be flexible on the date
