• Huge king-size bedroom with a massive wardrobe (plenty of storage!)
• Fully furnished – you’ll just need to bring your own bedding

💷 Rent & Terms:
• £1200 per month (ALL bills come to around £70 pp, colder months around £90pp ) includes gas, electric, water, WiFi, council tax)
• No deposit required
• One-off security £600 payment (deducted from your final month’s rent) so your last months rent is only £600
• Approx. 6-month sublet
• Available from mid-September (viewings start early September)

🏡 The House:
• Fully equipped kitchen & living space – everything you need
• Sociable but chilled vibe – ideal balance of fun and respecting each other’s space
• Only sharing the whole house with 1 person (me)
• Not suitable for someone working from home (sorry!)

📍 Location – Tooting Bec:
• 10 min walk to Tooting Bec or Broadway Station (Northern Line)
• Close to Tooting Common for green space and runs/walks
• Amazing local pubs, cafes, and restaurants right on your doorstep
• Easy access to Balham, Clapham, and central London

👤 Who I’m looking for:
• 25+ years old
• Friendly, fun, and sociable, but also values downtime and personal space
