2 rooms in friendly 4 bed Tooting house!!

Helloooo! Sadly 2 of our lovely housemates are leaving us, so we have a cosy double room available from 7th November 2025. The house is fully furnished with a spacious garden, lovely neighbours and is just a 2 minute walk to Tooting Bec tube station.

You'll be living with Jonny and Kate, 2 sociable young professionals and you'll be welcomed into a lovely big friendship group. We love hanging out in the living room, hosting people round and going out. We're looking for someone who is easy going, sociable and tidy.

The house is on a quiet residential road, but right off the bustling high street, full of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. The house has 1 bathroom and a spacious garden, living room and kitchen.

Bills usually come to £60pp each month (for gas + electricity, WiFi and council tax) and council tax band is E. We usually pay the TV license and the water bill in instalments.

We are looking to get new tenants details over to the estate agents by Thurs 4th Sep!
