- The room is in Tooting Bec, 8 minute walk from Tooting Bec Station (on the Northern line, good for commuting to work), and from the high street in Tooting Bec/Balham, with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. The room is right across the road from Tooting Common, and you can walk to Balham in 15 minutes. Lots of grocery stores within walking distance, closest is Sainsbury which is a 5 minute walk away

- Rent is £1050 per month, which includes all bills + council tax, and also a fortnightly cleaner, making admin much easier

- The flat is two stories, has two bathrooms, a balcony, living room with TV (flatmates share Netflix and Amazon Prime), kitchen with an airfryer and washing machine. All cleaning supplies in the flat supplied by the landlord (broom, vacuum, mop etc.)

- Living with four flatmates, all in their 20s, all very friendly and clean, down for a chat and hanging out but equally respect the need for down time
