The room comes with a double bed, a huge wardrobe and spacious chest of drawers, shelves, as-well as storage underneath the bed.

HOUSE 🏡
You would be living with 2 British gals both 26, both really lovely and easy to live with.
The living room is bright and spacious which suits anyone who wants to wfh.
There's one bathroom including a bath and shower shared between all, with lots of space for everyone's belongings.

LOCATION 📍
The flat is a 7 min walk to Tooting Bec station, a 15 min walk to Balham which has gorgeous cafes and brunch spots and a 10 min walk to Wandsworth Common.
There's an M&S food hall, a Lidl, and Tesco express walking distance and there's a big Sainsbury's in Balham aswell.
There’s a gym 10min walk away, also if you're into yoga there's a moreyoga studio which is an 8 minute walk away and more studios in Balham too.
The area is and feels very safe with lots of young people/families, restaurants (Tooting Broadway market) bars and pubs.
