Double Bedroom, Bathtub Ensuite and Garden

We’re looking for a new roommate to take over the tenancy from mid October. Our currently roommate we’ve had a lovely time living with for a good while now, but has recently bought a flat (very exiting for her!🍾) and so- sadly, she’s moving out.

It’s a large double bedroom at the back of the flat, so really quiet, with built-in wardrobe space. You’ll also get your own en-suite with a full bath (dream) and direct access to the private garden, which is perfect for chilling in when it’s sunny.

Bills also come to only around £80 for everything!

The flat itself is a nicely done up 3 bed, 3 bath with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room where we spend most of our time together. You’ll be living with myself (Kiera, 29) and Faye (31). We’re both friendly, social, and looking for someone similar to make the flat feel like home. Whilst we all have busy independent lives we definitely make it a priority to have some evenings in and some good nights out and get on very well with each other.

We’re also in a great location — less than 5 minutes walk from Tooting Bec tube, 2 minutes from Tooting Common and a Sainsbury’s Local, plus super close to the Rose & Crown and Wheatsheaf pubs. Broadway Market and Balham High Street are both a short walk away too.
