Double room in Tooting Bec

I'm looking for someone to join me in my 2 bed, 2 bath flat which is a 10 minute walk from Tooting Bec station and just over the road from Tooting Common. Available mid/end November.

The flat - the flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so you'll have a bathroom to yourself. The flat has a shared living room (also the dining space) and a separate kitchen (with a fridge/freezer and washing machine) and has just been completely repainted. The room is a small double - it has a small double bed (with a new mattress) and a clothes rail with shelving. There is space for a desk/chest of drawers. As this is a small double, the room is better suited to someone who works 4/5 days in the office.

Location - The flat is in Heritage Park which is just over the road from Tooting Common, super close to the Lido and Tooting Athletics Track. Ideally located if you work at St George's but don't want to be too close to the hospital! The complex is residential so very quiet and the neighbours are very respectful with noise levels. There is the option to have access to the bike sheds if you cycle. It's a 10 minute walk to Tooting Bec station, a 15 minute walk to Lidl and Tooting Bec station has a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local.

A bit about me - I am a civil servant and am looking for someone to enjoy a night in watching some TV (wine optional), to go for walks with around the neighbourhood and who wants to be friends rather than just housemates. This is a relaxed, friendly flat and it would be great to live with someone who wants to call this place home (my clubbing days are over so looking for someone with similar vibes!). Outside of work I love running, checking out the numerous brunch spots in Balham/Tooting and going to the gym.
