Northern line double room available for November

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to replace me for one month in my flat in Tooting/Wandsworth. I'm moving out on the 1st of November, and our tenancy runs until the 5th of December, so that's the move out date, but there is the possibility of staying longer because Ben and Mikey both want to stay on too.

The room is a good size. Plenty of room for a desk, and it gets quite a lot of light. The living room and kitchen are both really nice, and very spacious. There's one bathroom with a toilet and shower. All of those photos were taken today.

You'd be living with my two housemates Ben and Mikey. They're both pretty chill and clean guys to live with. They're both into fitness etc. and are happy staying in or going to the pub. They also love a bit of reality TV (race across the world, love is blind, etc.) in the evenings. They're both clean too and the flat itself is very easy to keep clean & tidy.

Furnishing wise, let me know what your ideal situation is, because I'm moving out and can leave some stuff behind if you need it. The bed and cupboards will stay either way, so it's mainly the desk that I can leave or take.

8 mins walk from Tooting Bec Tube Station (northern line)
15 mins walk from Wandsworth Common Station

It's a quiet neighbourhood with lots of green space and good options for places to eat out
10 mins walk from Wandsworth Common, and a bit further from Tooting Common
10 mins from Lidl
14 mins from Tooting Market

Tax band C (but wandsworth is cheap so it's £25 each per month)
