We’ve got two bright and comfy rooms up for grabs in our lovely, spacious flat. Both come partly furnished with a bed, mattress, and wardrobe (have put 2 ads up as rooms are available at different dates).

This room is available in early December.

About the flat:
•The price of the flat may slightly increase when contract is renewed in December
• Loads of natural light
•Homely vibes - cozy, spacious, and not just a box to sleep in
•A great space to chill together for the occasional dinner, but roomy enough that you’ll don’t feel on top of each other.

About me (your potential new flatmate):
I’m Spanish but grew up in London, working in strategy consulting (so yes, I occasionally say things like “let’s circle back” but only at work, promise). I love hiking, padel, and hanging out with friends. Fitness, being outdoors and travelling are big for me, but I’m equally happy with a chilled evening at home.

About you (hopefully!):
We’re after 2 new flatmates to join the house. Ideally, working professionals who:
•Are clean, tidy, and respectful
•Have an active lifestyle (gym, yoga, running… or even competitive power-walking).
•Are friendly and easy-going - happy to share a meal or glass of wine now and then, but also have their own lives and hobbies.
•Preferably female, but open to the right male flatmate too.
