Double En Suite Room in Sociable House - 6 Months

Hey! We’re looking for a sociable gal or guy to join our flat! Our lovely roommate is travelling Australia and New Zealand for 6 months so we're on the search for someone that will slot in perfectly whilst she is away.

You'd be joining Imogen and Emma, who work hard during the week but love unwinding over a Netflix series/exercise/drink in the evenings and weekends. We are super social at the weekends and love to host or spend time as a flat. We are of course respectful and chilled in the week, and treat the flat as a home.

The flat is very spacious with a great living room. We have a separate kitchen which leads out into our own garden with a shed and space for storing any bikes. Imogen is a civil servant and works at home at couple of days a week, and Emma works in a school.

The flat is just over 5 minutes from Tooting Bec tube and also really close to Wandsworth Common national rail. We are in the perfect location to enjoy summer drinks with access to lots of green space, lovely pubs and Tooting market is not that far away. We are also in Wandsworth so super cheap council tax!

Rent is £1120 + bills, and move in date is Monday 3rd November 2025 for 6 months, but can be flexible. The room is super spacious, bright with big windows and at the front of the house. It has an en-suite and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is big enough for a desk, so would be ideal if you need to work from home a couple of days a week.
