Tooting Bec double with garden

I am fulfilling my life long dream of moving to Battersea so will be leaving my lovely room behind.

We are looking for a nice, considerate flatmate to take my space. Will hold interviews to ensure you are sound.

THE HOUSE
The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 shared with 2 others and an en-suite) with a Garden in Tooting Bec. There is a big living room with an open plan dining area. There is a kitchen (with fully equipped dish washer and washing machine). Loads of storage space to boot, including a shared office turned makeshift storage space!

You would be taking a room on the 1st floor, on the same floor as the bathroom / storage space.

THE BILLS
- Fixed 76 per person on electricity and gas, council tax and cleaner (and I think this includes wifi but will have to check my previous outgoings lol) - Wandsworth council tax (will check specific band)
- Fixed 13.50 a month on water

Cleaner comes once every 2 weeks to clean the shared living space, kitchen and bathroom. Handy when the bills do not change for budgeting. Everyone chips in for household items e. g. toilet paper or cleaning supplies as and when is needed

TRANSPORT / SHOPS / NEARBY
- Lidl+Tesco express 5-10 min walk away
- Tooting Bec 10 min walk away
- Some lovely pub, restaurants and parks nearby

THE HOUSEMATES
Meg, Cap and Lily - they are sound. All down for an evening of chilling out and everyone cleans after themselves. You will have no trouble. Everyone is friendly and up for a chill one or a pint on the weekend or just keeping to ourselves. No stress!
