Bright and spacious room in lovely Tooting

Hello!

One large room is now available in our gorgeous four bed house near Tooting Common, and we’re looking for someone to join between now and the end of September.

We live in a large house with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, a kitchen, utility room, large living room, and a garden. Both bedrooms are spacious with a double bed, wardrobes, a bedside table, and set of drawers. Rent is £875 a month and bills come to around £130 a month (this includes paying for a cleaner).

The house is a 15 min walk from Tooting Bec and Streatham is only a short walk away. We're also just under a 15 mins walk from Tooting National Rail station.

There are two other girls living in the house at the moment (24 and 29), and we'll soon have a new girl moving into the third room (33) all working professionals. They’re super friendly and chilled , enjoy hanging out in the evenings but also respect each other’s space. Looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy between the ages of 24-33 to join them.
