Character flat in Tooting - 3 month let

Hello! I am subletting my 1-bed flat while I am away travelling for 3 months (end Nov to end Feb) It would perfectly suit a person or couple.

The flat is absolutely gorgeous and full of character. Victorian fireplaces and wooden floors, with comfy antique furniture, large sash windows and a good size table for dinner parties.

There is a spot to work from home at a desk, and a basement to store your suitcases.

The area is wonderful - a mix of character pubs, cute cafes and great curries. Tooting Bec tube is less than 5mins walk away for the Northern Line and you have two huge parks very close. The road is quiet as it is often one way.

🌼 Warm and double glazed home.
🍽️ New oven and kitchen sink (no dishwasher or microwave).
🛋️ Very comfy couch and lounge.
🪴 Shared garden.
🍻 5min walk to the pub, cafes and the Tooting Bec tube.
📚 No TV but lots of books.

No smoking, pets considered.
