A bit about the current flatmates: we like a good mix of social and chill time and also cosy nights in with a good series, playing tennis or running, or a glass of wine at the pub. I'm sociable but also respect each other’s space—the flat’s got a nice, relaxed vibe and I like to keep it clean and homely.

* Less than 5 mins walk to the Tube, tucked away on a quiet, safe street
* 5 mins to Tooting Common—so green space is right on the doorstep
* Balcony + spare room (super handy for storage)
* The landlord is great

The rooms:
* Comes with a double bed and wardrobe
* Rent is £974/month
*Bills around £90/month

Looking for someone around the same age who’s easygoing, tidy, and ideally works a similar office/home mix - someone who’s up for hanging out together, but also cool with doing their own thing!
